PageTest.io is a subscription product. Charges recur on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selection at checkout. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If your plan includes a trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel from the billing portal during the trial to avoid being charged.
We do not offer refunds for partial months or for unused time on an active subscription. Refunds are only granted for duplicate charges, demonstrable billing errors, or where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge.
Upgrades take effect immediately and may result in a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in Settings. If you cannot access the portal, email support@pagetest.io from your account email.
