PageTest.io ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices about that information.

Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email, hashed password when you create an account.
• Usage and device information: IP address, browser user agent, and logs generated by your interactions with the app.
• Billing information: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers.
• Emails: delivery and preference data when we send digests and incident alerts via Resend.

How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service (audits, dashboards, exports, uptime monitoring).
• Process subscriptions and manage billing via Stripe.
• Send service emails you enable (digests, alerts) and important account notices.
• Monitor, prevent, and detect abuse, fraud, or security incidents.

Sharing

We share data with vendors who help us operate the Service:

• Stripe (payments and invoicing)
• Resend (email delivery)
• Hosting and infrastructure providers required to run the app

We do not sell your personal information.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Data Retention

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required by law. You can delete pages or your account by contacting support.

Your Choices

• Update or delete your account data by contacting support.
• Control email preferences in Settings.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the "Effective date" and, if changes are material, provide additional notice.
